The show was never popular to begin with, but you can always see it late night on Discovery kids.(Which we don't get)

In 1998, there was a series of kids books on Professor Iris. This was a few years after the show was canned.

you could also try and find the discontinued tapes they have selling on Amazon, and relive your childhood.

It may be showing to some local broadcasting network ,which not everyone gets.

It could go back on the air on weekday mornings. the Learning channel still has it's children programing block of puppet people shows. i don't know what they are I don't get up that early! It seems they reduced the block programming down, Because I remember they used to have Professor iris on at 11 or 10 am.This was back in the mid 90's. When I first saw the show's reruns.

I did some research and apparently in 1997 , Desclez productions proposed to make a cartoon based on "Iris ,the Happy Professor" the  cartoon was to be called, "The adventures of Professor Iris".I'm not sure what became of it, but I'm sure the plan fell through.

If only they tried to reach the broaden the audience and change the show to be less targeted at kids ages 4 to 7.
If only it were more like the muppets, they would fit in quite easily
